Crossing the first ocean
Fraunhofer IIS, Development Center for X-ray Technology: built a web-based CT measurement management system and refactored a legacy system into it.

The far shore
Android developer at Samsung Electronics America. Built the service between Verizon's apps and Samsung's new Android OS, and traced system errors found in Verizon and Samsung HQ device testing back through the logs to fix them.

Charting the law of the land
National IT consultant for the Asian Development Bank. Built the National Legal Research platform single-handedly on the MERN stack, and represented the National Legal Institute in developing and monitoring the Inclusive Legal Information platform.

Home again, building national infrastructure
Building Mongolia's national health data exchange on HL7 FHIR. From 2027, every kind of hospital in the country will share patient data through it. Along the way: single sign-on with Keycloak, R&D on offline AI with Ollama to suggest insights from medical data, Mongolian speech models (TTS and STT), and nationwide early-detection data for kindergarten and school children.
